Logan's website was badly in need of a refresh. Our goal was to be a leader in the space by optimizing the experience based on user behavior and analytics. Site traffic was overwhelmingly (but not surprisingly) 74% mobile, so we knew the redesign would need to be viewed and judged through the lens of a phone. We also knew the site should not just be another form of advertising with promotions buried in an endless amount of sliders. It was to be a site that delivered a best-in-class experience for consumers who have come to the site with a purpose in mind. We carefully constructed the UI to include all of our clients top line KPI’s and programs but in a mobile friendly way that not only allowed the food to shine, but also provided a clear customer journey to conversion.
