Website Redesign/Earned Media Campaign

Krispy Kreme needed to drastically improve the dialog they were (or weren't) having with their customers. They also knew that building their database to market new items was imperative to becoming more than a morning destination. The first step was to redesign the their website to create a more robust and light-hearted experience that was consistent with the Krispy Kreme brand. The next step was to create something social and shareable that their rabid customer base would appreciate, and more importantly eat up, opt in and share. In just five months the site quadrupled its traffic, the Facebook fan base grew to over 3 million and sales increased 10% nationally.
