The agency had a problem. it was rare for agency art directors and designers to know video editing software and there was a huge need agency wide for quick video turns, especially for social. To increase our offerings I organized a 3 day Premier Pro training session with a huge final exam that included a film fest with a $1000 prize. The films were excellent, but more importantly, everyone was now video proficient for our clients.
